RETURN POLICY

Salvage Items:
Kaemi thoroughly inspects each piece to give you quality vintage items in the best possible condition. Price of each item reflects the condition. However, because of human error we might make mistakes! If you are not satisfied with your item because of major flaws please let us know! Send a picture of the damage to contactkaemi@gmail.com and be eligible for a refund of your damaged purchase(s). The item(s) must be returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Damages pertain to stains, holes, rips, and tears.

Non-Salvage Items:
If you decide you don't like the item once you receive it, you are still eligible for store credit only.

sale items are final sale.

We apologize, but we are unable to process returns. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, follow the instructions above to be eligible for store credit only. Your store credit will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

DOMESTIC ORDERS WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ANYWHERE FROM 5-9 BUSINESS DAYS & INTERNATIONAL ORDER WILL TAKE 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (DEPENDING ON THE SHIPPING OPTION YOU SELECT) FROM THE DATE THAT IT IS SHIPPED OUT.
